I have followed Elizabeth's communal art journey from its inception out of faith and paint. Watching her work grow and her roots within the southeast region grow has been a great joy as a friend and fellow artist. Please follow her and her work with an open heart to be inspired and challenged in the way we need as a society.
My daughter and I attended a printmaking class and we had a great time. We were very much "beginners" but Elizabeth is so warm and encouraging. She provides clear direction and makes sure everyone has a chance to learn and participate. There was such a sweet atmosphere in the room. It made my heart happy. She is truly meant to do this work! Oh, and I love that she had frames for us so we could take home a finished piece of artwork. We will definitely take another class with her, and you should too!
I attended and thoroughly enjoyed Elizabeth’s weaving workshop. Elizabeth is organized, patient and very approachable. That she cares about each person’s experience shines through in her attention to details: from the candles, to the pretty baskets of yarn to the yummy lunch. I signed up for her workshop because I was enchanted with her branch weavings. I’ll certainly return for more classes because she is an inspiring artist and excellent instructor with a lot more to share.
